Got something delivered and you don’t love it? No worries, email as at info@labbass.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll arrange a refund once we’ve received the item.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for change of mind with our jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. Refunds will be provided in accordance with consumer laws for any damaged goods. Please email us at info@labbass.com.au for any issues.

We typically post your item within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard shipping can take 3-6 days and express shipping can take 1-3 days from order date.

$10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping on all orders. Free standard shipping will be provided on orders above $300.
